SERVICE CONTRACTS
We are happy to announce that we
can now offer a range of Service Contracts and Insurances, taking
the responsibility of remembering when to arrange a Service and in some cases
of paying the bill away
from you. There is our own 5 Star Plan or Insurances from 2 of the leading
Insurance companies.
Our 5 Star Plans
Bronze
Our Bronze level Service contract
is simplicity itself. You tell us who you are, what type of Oil appliance
you have, and the preferred month of the year you would like the Service,
then we'll do the rest. We will
monitor the Service date and intervals and call you on an annual or bi-annual
basis to arrange an
appointment. We will leave an Invoice when the job is done. If you suffer a
breakdown, we will attend,
rectify the problem and leave and Invoice when we're finished. If you decide
to pay when you receive the
Invoice we'll give you a 10% discount. All Services and callouts within
normal working hours listed below.
Silver and Silver +
Our Silver level Service Contracts
are the same as the Bronze, but the Customer pays an annual fee in
advance. Because of this, their Service is FREE, as are any callouts to
repair the appliance. Only parts
used on a Service or callout will be charged for, the same 10% discount
applies to the price of these
parts if you pay when you get the bill.
Gold and Gold+
Again our Gold level Service Contracts
are the same as the Bronze, but the Customer pays an annual
fee in advance. Because of this, their Service is FREE, as are any callouts
to repair the appliance.
There's no 10% discount because in addition, any parts used on a Service or
callout are also FREE.
Standard Silver and Gold contract
covers deal only with the appliances internal components i.e. those
supplied by the boiler manufacturer, and does not include callouts to check
system pressure, fire valves,
external circulating pumps, external expansion vessels, room stats, motorised
valves, cylinder stats,
time clocks, boiler casings or cosmetic facia panels, nor the supply of
corrosion inhibitor, sludge
removal or de-scaling chemicals, or the labour or callouts involved in using
or fitting them.
Silver+ and Gold+ contracts give
the same cover as their lower contract with the addition of labour or
labour and material costs for the replacement of external circulating pumps,
external expansion vessels,
motorised valves, room stats, fire valves, and time clocks.
Normal working hours:
Service Monday/Friday
8.30am-4.30pm
Callouts Monday/Friday
8.30am-5.00pm Saturday 8.30am-12.00 Midday.
Sundays and Bank Holidays not
included as normal working hours.
