 HEATBASE is a family run business based in the heart of North Northumberland and is still owned by John Williamson, and has been specialising in the Commisioning, Service, Repair and Maintenance of Oil fired Cookers and Boilers since 1989 in the North East, Northumberland and Scottish Borders.
We cover an ever-expanding area, presently stretching from Berwick upon Tweed in the North, down the East coast and across to Ponteland in the South and back over to Wooler in the West. We were the 25th Company in the country to be registered with OFTEC and were Regional Winners in the Service and Commissioning category in the OFTEC Awards for Excellence.
With well stocked vans, most breakdowns can be rectified on the first visit and with modern Electronic combustion analysers we will ensure your boiler is finely tuned to its optimum efficiency.
We offer a range of Service Contracts, and our 5 Star maintenance plans are available for most appliances.
During the colder months we extend our working day for pre-booked breakdowns, but otherwise these are our normal working hours:
Service Monday/Friday 8.00am-4.00pm
Callouts Monday/Friday 8.00am-4.00pm
Saturday 8.00am-12.00 Midday. Breakdowns only.
Office hours Monday/Friday 8.30am-4.30pm
Mobile phone for breakdowns on Saturday mornings up till 12.00pm Midday.
Sundays and Bank Holidays not included as normal working hours.
Please note we do not offer a 24 hour callout Service or operate on a 7 day callout basis.
